Our work

HIV, TB and hepatitis

We bring HIV, tuberculosis and hepatitis services to the communities that facility-based care misses: house-to-house TB screening, mobile HIV clinics, community ART refill points and self-testing, with a strong focus on adolescents, young people and key populations.

The challenge

Many people living with HIV or tuberculosis in Nigeria have not been diagnosed. Stigma, distance, cost and fear of discrimination keep people, especially key populations, away from facilities, and every missed diagnosis means illness, onward transmission and lives lost.

Our approach

  • Go where people are: house-to-house screening, outreach in camps, settlements and nomadic communities, and mobile clinics.
  • Precision, not volume: index and network testing, self-testing and status-neutral services.
  • Keep people in care: community ART refill points, multi-month dispensing and adherence support.
  • Let communities hold services to account: community-led monitoring feeds client experience back to providers and government.
