The Action Plus-Up project ran from 2016 to 2017 in Nasarawa State, funded by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) through the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria (IHVN). It focused on people at highest risk of HIV.
It was ORHI's first funded project, the start of a track record in community HIV programming that continued through ACHIEVE and ASPIRE.
