Our work

Four pillars, built around the people we serve

We combine direct services with accountability and advocacy, so that health care reaches people, treats them with dignity, and is protected by law and policy.

What we do

Eight areas of service

Health, rights, psychosocial and livelihood services, connected through referral pathways so that people get everything they need.
  • Health and nutrition

HIV prevention, testing, linkage and treatment support; TB screening and adherence; hepatitis screening; sexual and reproductive health; cervical cancer and HPV services; NCD screening; laboratory, pharmacy and nutrition support.

  • Mental health and psychosocial support

Trauma-informed counselling, screening for depression and anxiety, crisis response, peer and support groups, and stigma reduction.

  • Gender and human rights

Rights literacy, legal and paralegal support, referrals to legal aid, protection for survivors of abuse and violence, and policy engagement.

  • Livelihoods and economic strengthening

Vocational and entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, micro-enterprise support, cooperatives, savings and internal lending, and social-protection links.

  • Community systems strengthening

Community-led monitoring, client feedback, mobilisation, health champions, participatory planning and support for emerging civil society groups.

  • Peacebuilding and social cohesion

Conflict-sensitive dialogue, peace education and mediation support.

  • Research and documentation

Operational research, data collection and analysis, evaluation, policy briefs and evidence-based advocacy.

  • Emergency and humanitarian support

Disaster-response assistance, temporary safe-home support where available, referral and case management for people at risk.

How we work

Community-centred, evidence-led

Affected people help identify needs, plan, deliver, monitor and learn. Evidence from communities then shapes policies, budgets and practice.
