In June 2025, Olive Rights to Health Initiative (ORHI) and Beam Community Development 360 Initiative (BCD360) held a two-day project management team (PMT) meeting for the FEF-OSC 2025 project, “Promoting Economic Empowerment and Access to Health Services by Young Female Sex Workers and Females Who Use Drugs”. The project is funded by the Embassy of France in Nigeria.
The project works towards inclusive healthcare, economic justice and the empowerment of vulnerable young women in Nigeria.
On the second and final day, the team:
- finalised the implementation strategy
- validated the project's Theory of Change
- mapped out clear steps to launch community outreach, vocational training and health access activities
The meeting helped lay the foundation for inclusive systems that promote dignity, health and opportunity for young women.
