A practical guide to economic empowerment for young women in marginalised communities: skills pathways, start-up support, mentorship and how to replicate the model with local stakeholders.

Co-created with stakeholders, practitioners and community members under the FEF-OSC 2025 project, the manual standardises best practice for economic empowerment, sets out mentorship pathways and explains how to replicate the approach across communities, linking participants to mentors, markets and supportive institutions.
