Ugwu Onyema Princewill is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional with experience in public health and community-based programmes. He has served as M&E Lead for the ORHI CPPM Project in Cross River State and the ORHI ASPIRE Project in Nasarawa State, where he led a team of Peer-Based Supervisors (PBS) and contributed to improving the matching rate from 25% to 74%. He has also worked as an Adherence Counsellor and Record Officer with ORHI’s Achieve Project in Nasarawa State, where he supported the establishment of an effective patient-folder filing system that continues to serve as a strong model. Princewill holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from the University of Abuja, with additional certifications in Data Analysis and Monitoring and Evaluation.
