Sunday Emmanuel is a development professional and health service specialist with more than 15 years of experience in clinical care and strategic leadership. As Co-Executive Director, he leads the design and delivery of ORHI’s programmes on HIV, nutrition and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
He holds an MSc in Public Health and BSc degrees in Nursing and Microbiology, and oversees programme monitoring and evaluation systems while guiding project teams.
He has managed large-scale HIV interventions that achieved 95% viral suppression among more than 7,500 clients, and pioneered inclusive health care models for key populations, including cryotherapy for more than 400 people. He is National Coordinator of NeRCI and a board member of ICTHARAE.
