Bonac Orusakwe is the Executive Director of Olive Rights to Health Initiative, accountable to the Board of Trustees. An administrator, human resource manager and human rights advocate, he is responsible for ORHI's strategy, programme approval, resource oversight and performance, and for coordinating its four offices.
He has led the design and delivery of programmes on HIV prevention and treatment, sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender-based violence prevention, and the protection of key and vulnerable populations, combining research, advocacy, community engagement and capacity building to reduce stigma and discrimination.
He is committed to building partnerships with government, civil society, development partners and communities to advance health and human rights in Nigeria.
